We are seeking an experienced Odoo Functional & Financial Consultant with strong expertise in Odoo ERP implementation, accounting configuration, business process analysis, and financial reporting.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
• Configure and implement Odoo ERP modules according to business requirements.
• Handle Odoo Accounting configuration, including Chart of Accounts, journals, taxes, payment terms, and financial settings.
• Manage and configure Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), invoicing, payments, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
• Work with Sales, CRM, Inventory, HR, POS, and Manufacturing modules.
• Prepare and maintain functional documentation, process flows, and user guides.
• Conduct system demonstrations, user training, and support sessions.
• Perform functional testing, troubleshooting, and assist with issue resolution.
• Coordinate with technical/development teams for customizations and integrations.
• Support data migration, system configuration, UAT, and go-live activities.
• Provide post-implementation support and ensure smooth adoption of Odoo solutions.
• Communicate effectively with clients and manage stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.

🔹 Key Requirements

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Odoo ERP.
• Strong practical experience with the Odoo Accounting module is mandatory.
• Good understanding of AP/AR, invoicing, payments, reconciliation, taxation, and financial reporting.
• Working knowledge of Odoo Sales, CRM, Inventory, HR, POS, and Manufacturing modules.
• Experience in ERP implementation and business process mapping.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into Odoo solutions.
• Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

🎓 Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CA Inter / ACCA / equivalent qualification will also be considered.
