About the Role

We are hiring an Odoo Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customizing, developing, and integrating Odoo ERP modules to meet our business requirements. You will work closely with teams to deliver high-quality ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules (Sales, CRM, Accounting, Inventory, HR, etc.).
• Create new Odoo apps and features as per business needs.
• Customize reports and dashboards using QWeb and Odoo Studio.
• Integrate Odoo with third-party applications (APIs, payment gateways, shipping providers).
• Maintain Odoo databases, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and end-users to implement solutions.
• Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Python and Odoo framework.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript (Owl, jQuery).
• Hands-on experience with Odoo ORM, QWeb reports, and module development.
• Familiarity with Linux, Git, and Odoo.sh or self-hosted environments.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of APIs (REST, JSON-RPC, XML-RPC) for system integrations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, information technology, or a related field

Skills

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Understanding of accounting principles and ERP business workflows.
• Experience with performance tuning and database optimization.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
• Contributions to Odoo Community or open-source projects.
