About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Odoo Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Odoo development, customization, integration, and implementation. You will be responsible for designing scalable ERP solutions, leading technical development activities, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring the successful delivery of Odoo projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex Odoo solutions.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices.
• Design and implement scalable integrations with third-party systems.
• Optimize system performance, security, and maintainability.
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and technical decision-making.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Odoo development and customization.
• Strong expertise in Python, Odoo Framework, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript (OWL).
• Extensive experience with custom module development and Odoo ORM.
• Experience working with Odoo versions 15, 16, 17, or later.
• Strong understanding of Odoo architecture and deployment methodologies.
• Proven experience with API integrations (REST, JSON-RPC, XML-RPC).
• Experience with Linux server administration, Git, and Odoo.sh.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor team members.

Good to Have

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience in multi-company and multi-currency Odoo implementations.
• Functional understanding of Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing, and HR modules.
• Contributions to Odoo Community Association (OCA) or other open-source projects.
